Our primary method of delivery is Experiential Learning with a counseling-type form of communication to promote self-discovery and ownership.  We are experts in the application of EL methods and are highly proficient in the SAFE and effective delivery of EL-based programs.  In fact, some of our consultants helped pioneer these new methods for use in Safety-related development work.
